That $10 is only a discount for  one year, then it goes up to the regular $20/ month.  Photoshop CC is what we used to call the Photoshop Extended.

CC is fine, costs 10$ per mo if you have a prior version of PS to upgrade.  If you do not have a prior version, then the cost is quite a bit higher.  It is the most advanced version of PS in that it is continuously upgraded.  If you upgrade PS only every 2 or 3 versions [2-3 yrs], then it is not for you.  If you use PS all the time, and upgrade with every version, then it is a good value.

I have seen people say you can download and get Photoshop 6 for a decent price a month but all I can find it creative cloud. Does anyone know about this and if you have creative cloud do you like it?? How does it differ from PS6
