CC , Creative Cloud, is not another photo editing program.  CC is the new subscription program from Adobe. It includes Photoshop CC (CS7) which is a photo editing program, but include Adobe Acrobat, Premiere Pro, Adobe Muse, Adobe Prelude, etc.  ALL Adobe programs, except for Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements, are part of CC.
