[photoshop-beginners] Re: need color settings expert for PhotoShop CS3

Without knowing your exact situation I can only give you general advice...

check the following: 
When you save in PS is the ICC Profile sRGB IEC611966-2.1 checked? 
If not you might want to try checking it.  This will embed a profile in your images for sRGB. 
Many people use this as a default as it is generally accepted on the web.

When you open an image check to see what the image "mode" is. 
Under the Image menu look at >mode -- RGB should be checked as well as 8 or 16 bits.

Lastly have you calibrated your monitor or is it set up with the defaults from the manufacturer? 
If you have calibrated it check it again to make sure it has not drifted out of adjustment. 
If you have not calibrated it you might want to consider getting it checked.

Do the images look good on other PC's? or are they blue there as well?
