[photoshop-beginners] Anyone care to try? [1 Attachment]

I have a photo of my great great grandfather when he was 5 months old.. I guess around
1828. Are there any experts out there who would like to try and clean it up, change the contrast, etc. I tried doing an auto tone and cleaning the dust and scratches but I think someone who has more skill might be able to do a better job. Does this elist take attachments? If not, I can post it somewhere...
