Keep the clone tool selected. Any place you drag-click will be
filled with the sample area. Keep in mind that the sample area
tracks the cursor. If you drag-click an arc, for example, the
sample area changes to follow the same arc. You can also alt-click
to get a sample then just click in your fill area to fill a spot.
You can also adjust brush size to sample/fill small or large areas.
