I've been thinking about different ways to solve my problem with this
panorama image.
One thing I'd like to try will result in the top of a hill being
"offset": like part of it was dropped by a foot as a result of an
earthquake.
I can fix this by adding a wedge-shaped fill to taper the hill where
it is currently missing.
I can select the area I want to fill by any of several means.
How do I sample a section of the image (ie, trees, or sky) that I can
use to later fill the selected area of the image?
In other words, how does one choose a non-solid color -- and instead
choose something from the image -- to fill a selection with?
Thanks,
Dave
