the file I saw was very small...so getting rid of pixelation in a large photo...or the dots or whatever she mentioned, will be the issue, too...

I used the dodge tool at 100% midtones with a soft brush and went over the part of the dress that has a yellow/brown color. This takes the color out. Hope this helps.

At the bottom of the dress it looks brown, when it is blown up to a 16x24, it looks like tea stains
