Overall it is pretty clean as far as what is posted.

I would convert to LAB and do a blur on the A and B channels.  

That would get rid of any color noise in the background. 

I would also look at upping the contrast overall  by adjusting the L channel in Lab. 

Since the image is fairly mono-toned you could try to bring out some of the colors with a saturation boost.
