Cannot see any pictures either, and I've been a member for quite some time... Best way is either using the spot healing, or the clone stamp tool. Pick an area close to where the blemish is, press ALT and left click to select and then move the circle over the blemish, and left click-done. Takes a bit of practice to get right.
