You will need Photoshop CS4 or CS55, Lightroom 2 or 3, or you will need to convert the RAWs to DNG using Adobe's free DNG convertor:
(just for safety's sake, I would archive your original RAW files first)
If you don't have CS4 or CS5:
The download for the DNG Convertor is in the top right-hand corner of this page
http://www.adobe.com/products/dng/
You should then be able to see the thumbnails in Bridge CS3 or CS4.
