Hi, its a series of layers with the sparkle effect adding into a specific
spot, changing the dimensions with each layer. it is then saved as a
GIF....Unfortunately i dont know how to tell you to do this in Photoshop, i
am still new to the program and am still going back and forth between
photoshop and paint shop pro.
