By now you have gotten the 2nd reply from me. I have CS4 and pixel aspect ration is not under Image,  I found it under View where it has the option to reset.
Let me know if this works. I'd like to know more about it.

Hi JoAnn,

Using CS 2. With Image open, I go to Menu "Image" scroll down to "Pixel Aspect Ratio."
