I'm working with Photoshop 7.0, I just typed in my name, drug the text cursor backwards over the name, went to edit, click free transform, the arrows appear by the cursor when you get by the text box corners, click the mouse, hold and drag the corner in a semi circle to turn the whole text box. This works for me.
