RE: [photoshop-beginners] adding more brushes

I'm sorry but I have to agree with Su here.  I have a folder set up called Photoshop goodies with sub folders for filters, brushes, gradients, custom shapes, etc.  First of all, if for some reason you ever have to re-install Photoshop for any reason you also have to go through the process of adding back all of those extras into the respective folders.  There is no reason at all to have to place all of those extra's inside the program files.

Who besides you says adding brushes etc, to your brushes folder in PS. I
just did a google and everyone I read said copy to your photoshop brushes
folder. I do know that you can have a directory for your extras such as
filters, brushes, etc but the worse way? No way.
