Download the presets and place them in your:

X drive/program files/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop XX/presets/yyyyy   where X is your drive where Photoshop is installed, XX is the version of Photoshop and yyyyy is the type of preset (styles, brushes, custom shapes)

 

If you are running a 64 bit OS with CS4, there are two versions of PS installed.  Place presets in both versions.

Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop CS4   and Program FIles(x86)/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS4
