AOL is an internet provider and I am not sure if they have their own browser I or use some third party's browser.
Google is a search engine but has a browser called Google Chrome.
A browser is whatever you use to get on the internet with. If you look in the top left corner of your screen there should be an icon of your browser. For instance, I'm at work and I am using Internet Explorer as my browser. In the top left corner there is a small blue e with a gold ring around it. Internet explorer is automatically included on any Microsoft based computer, so most people use that. There are other browsers you can download such as Google Chrome.
I hope this helps. I know enough to be dangerous.
