At the moment, I have no clue........ Have you checked to see whether the
image is being sent to the 64-bit version instead of the 32-bit version??

Thanks for the clarification, John. I can't open an image in Photoshop from
Bridge, nor from "open" nor "open recent" in the file menu. Nothing appears
but a blocks pattern. However if I go into the Color Efex program, I can
see the image. But it doesn't transfer back to the Photoshop screen.
