[photoshop-beginners] Question?

I was just wondering is this a forum for learning PS or is it more like a sharing forum? Reason I'm asking is I joined the Learning PS Group that was posted on here and they have lessons they send you and I dont see that here.

I was just wondering if this is a learn as you go? *smiles*
