[photoshop-beginners] distorted photo

I have an old genealogical photo that someone gave me. It looks like
they took a photo of a photo with their cell phone.
The thing is, they didn't take the photo straight on. So in the photo,
the head of the person is farther away from the lense than the feet. Is
there a way to distort it "back" to make it look a little more normal. I
can provide the photo if someone wants to give it a try.
