Could you please explain why you want to do this?  If we have a better understanding of what your goal is, we can give you better answers.

The easy and best way would be to crop the whole picture so that the two lamp images are the same size, *or* so that the entire view of that further picture would be the same as the one which was shot closer to the lamp.

If you don't want to crop the "further picture" you can Select the lamp in that picture, then Transform it (Edit/Transform/Scale). You will have to clean up some misalignments in the background, by cloning, healing, etc - but it can be done.
