RE: [photoshop-beginners] gradient drop shadow on all sides



Size and distance adjustments can make it look like the drop shadow is on all sides.  I would have to play around a bit to remember how to add to just the left and right sides.   Maybe someone else remembers how, it isn’t a feature I use a great deal.

Typically, the drop shadow feature puts a shadow on just one edge. I would like a way to have a drop shadow on both left and right sides. Would the "size" control that?

I’m not sure if I understand what you’re wanting to do.  Layer style and then drop shadow you can adjust the size, spread and opacity but I may not understand what your attempting do you have a link to an example?
