RE: [photoshop-beginners] gradient drop shadow on all sides

I’m not sure if I understand what you’re wanting to do.  Layer style and then drop shadow you can adjust the size, spread and opacity but I may not understand what your attempting do you have a link to an example?

How do I make a gradient drop shadow on all sides, or at least the left and right sides of a box. For instance many websites you see, have the text, etc in a box (wrapper) but the wrapper background has shadows on the left and right sides. I've tried all the best photoshop skills I have. Anyone have a good way to do it?
