Respectfully, you need to go to this group, photoshop_elements@yahoogroups.com  They are the experts on PSE, this group is for the full version of PS, and some, if not many, know very little about PSE.

Does anyone know of a site with free Fonts or cookie cutter or brush images for a PC and not a mac, I cant seem to find one. Thanks UWE
