If you can play it in a regular video player, you can. Most dvd players (software) can slow down playback and go in reverse. So try loading it into the player you would use for dvds and see what you can do. If it does not work for you, download VLC at http://www.videolan.org/ It will play just about anything. To play back at a slower speed, play the file, then go to 'Playback' on the menu. When it drops down, select 'Speed' and you will options to speed it up or down.
