[photoshop-beginners] Re: Alternate Software for Photoshop

"Old Photoshop" because I don't know if any that have been adapted to work with CC will work in GIMPShop. I have no incentive to pay for CC just to find out.
Someone who has CC and such plugins might get GIMPShop for free and try them, but probably has no incentive to do so.

Still, if one is looking for an alternate to PS, there is reason to investigate GIMP for the features one needs and wants.

Old product management rule = it is a feature if it benefits the customer.
Old sales management rule = it is a feature if our competition doesn't have it.
