[photoshop-beginners] Re-CS6 Bridge Screen copy

IHi, I have sent 2 copies of the Bridge Sreen one png and one jpg. and it seems they cannot be opened.

Could someone go through the actions I need to use to send the shot of the screen Please. Thankyou
