[photoshop-beginners] Re: Pbase

I'm a artist and I buy copyright free photos all the time can not use pictures without a copyright release or I could get sued... they are called stock photo house or scrap photos sometimes you get a one time release for the photo or a full outright realease just like I do for models. if you find the Black book for artist you can find companies that do this.
