[photoshop-beginners] Lorna looking for a tutorial on refine edge to print out

Hi I’ am looking for a tutorial on refine edge I have some squirrels to cut out  and I saw a video that look like it would work

On the tale. But cannot seem to find a tutorial that I can print out and I need it step by step with pictures

All the ones I see are videos grrr
