[photoshop-beginners] Re: Windows and internet Explorer

Hi, it seems I have not lost both items,I still have internet explorer and windows explorer.
My problem is that I need to deleat internet explorer as when I try to download a zip file internet explorer icon appears and my screen flashes eight to the dozen,and the only way to stop the flashing is to turn the computer off.
So my question is how can I deleat or put in isolation internet explorer?Thankyou
