I have a very early version of photoshop and
will be looking into updated versions.
I had no clue either when I started using photoshop. I sometimes try
to edit photos, but I do not do the kind of work people in these groups do.
My photos are "snap shots" not real art photos.
However, I use photoshop to make photos into abstract designs which I
put on my computer blog. It is really fun to do. I actually taught myself.
If you look at youtube, you might find something about starting to use photoshop.
Once you get a few essentials, practice with it. As you go along you will probably
learn new techniques. You will also come up with questions to ask the group,
and the members are most helpful. Later on, you could use more advance
youtubes. And, there is always a course given somewhere. Perhap syou could
find a computer store which gives lessons.
