[photoshop-beginners] Hi i am new at this forum

My name is Mariel and I'm from mexico slp new to this forum and I have a question my photoshop has an error reading preferences when it starts says Failed starts photoshop because the preferences file was not valid (has been removed) that I get the error can you help me please

i guess it has a problem reading the preferences dont let me get in to the photoshoop program i use photoshop cs5
