I was just about to write that but Keith beat me to it. LOL That's what I would use - - clone tool. Betty  OH!! Make sure to work on a duplicate of your photo, not the original - just in case.

Use the clone tool. Alt-click on the area you want to sample, then
drag-click in the area you want to fill.
