Are you attempting to send them "in-line" or as an " attachment"?
How big is the file? and .. What size is the maximum size tolerated by the recipients email provider?
... in other words ... if you are attempting to send a 15 meg file and the recipient can only receive a maximum size of 10 megs ... the mail will fail.
