RE: [photoshop-beginners] Logo Problem

What seems to be happening is that they are being rasterized when you add
them to your movie, (if they were a vector image). Or were they bit maps to
begin with?? Bit maps do not shrink (or grow) well. Can you add the logos
after you shrink the movie?? If so then design for the final size, and add
them to the movie after it has been shrunk. If you cannot do that, design
them as vectors, using the fonts and the supplied shapes and path objects,
they should look the same regardless of the size. Play around with a still
image to get the idea since you will have the same issues, i.e. put your
watermark on the image and then shrink it.

Subject: [photoshop-beginners] Logo Problem

I am going nuts trying to make a logo. I have made about 20 versions and
they end up with jagged edges when the size is reduced to go into my video
editing program to act as a watermark.

The logo is made up of letters. Some versions are embossed and transparent
and others are embossed and are colored. They look great before I add them
to the movie and reduce the size.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?
