[photoshop-beginners] color problems

I think I've figured out that my color problems are caused by not having an accurate color profile for my Epson Workforce 1100. Does anyone else use this printer?
Supposedly you can purchase color profiles for your printer but I cannot find anywhere to get them.
Apparently whichever one came with my printer is not a good one.
Does anyone know any different?
