It's an MPeg 4 and it played on mine with VLC player. VLC is available free. Just google it.

Wow Photoshop does video, I had no idea and to think I wasted years learning Premiere. LOL

It is a large file 116 mb so you should probably right click on the link and choose  "save as" or "save target as"

 

You can do a lot more with videos in CS6.  I opened the two vids,  joined them,  created a fade from one to the other and cut out some unnecessary footage.  The video is of one of my cats and my dog.  Kind of cute.
