Is your machine Windows 7 64 bit? If so, there will be two versions
of Photoshop installed, 32-bit and 64-bit. Check to see which
version you're running - it will say on the banner that comes up
while it's loading. If it's the 64-bit version, then you might
have put your filters into the 32-bit version folders. (Or vice
versa, as the case may be!)
You will have two Program folders on your C-drive - Program Files
and Program Files (x86). Adobe will be in both. Check to see where
you installed the filters. Probably best to install in both.
But beware - some older 32-bit filters won't work with the 64-bit
version of CS5. In that case, you'll have to use the 32-bit version.
That, however, will not allow you to use RAM more than about 3.5 GB.
Best regards
Chris
