There sure is, just create a new Action. Any online tutorial for actions should get you started. I would run a few tests first like when you make your Action conform to a certain length & width Landscapes might not come out well with Portrait settings so separate them at first. You may be able to do it all in one shot if you resize in percent instead of pixels. After you make the Action run a Batch Action.

I have Canon DPP, PS Cs4, and Paint Shop Pro v7.
