Try uninstalling the cd, then reinstalling it again. I have Windows 7 on
this laptop, and I HATE it. None of my cd's automatically open. I have to
click on the icon under "computer" to get anything to open, but the icon
has never not shown up. Since an icon didn't shortcut to the desktop, maybe
all of it didn't install.

Just like I mentioned it. Nothing happens. In XP and Vista CD's start
immediately. But none of my CD's start automatically in Windows 7 and when I
looked the CD up in MY COMPUTER and clicked on the Icon the only thing what
happens is that the folder opens. No set up.exe or autorun. :(
