Can you be more specific? When you say "won't start".
Do you mean absolutely nothing happens, or do you get any kind of error
notice?
If absolutely nothing happens, it could be that your cd/dvd is scratched or
damaged in some way. Test the cd/dvd in another computer just to see if it
boots up.

Today I bought a new computer a HP P6-2001NL with windows 7. I have CS5
premium (which includeds photoshop cs5) but the programm won't install
automatically and trying to make it start won't work. Does anybocy recognise
this problem and know how to make my CS5 work?
