Er, no! You don't have to buy a new copy of CS5 for a new computer,
if you already have a legal version installed on an old machine.
All you need to do is deactivate (see under Help menu) the old
version, then you can reinstall it on the new machine. You can,
in fact, install a single licence code on two machines, e.g. a
desktop and a laptop (for mobile use). See section 2.5 of the EULA
for CS5.
