[photoshop-beginners] CS3 vs CS%

Hi all,
In CS3 on the right hand side of the screen is a slide bar in the navigator window.
In CS5 . . . where is the navigator window and where is the slide bar?

The bar expands the loaded photo. . .  or shrinks it.

In CS5 there is a preset expansion of 50% 100% etc and there is the lower left tiny window where you can type the size in but the navigator window slide bar  is most convenient if editing.
