If you always use the same size for each drawing or if you only use a few different sizes, when you open a new document and set it to "Don't Color Manage" click the tab on the right side of the dialog box to save it as a preset. That way the next time you go to open a new document, you can choose the preset that you just created.

Is there a way to just set PS to NOT color manage. So when I start a new drawing I don't have to click on it and select "Don't Color manage" all of the time?
