Try this and see if it does what you want...
Edit > Color Settings > Color Management Policies, set RGB to Off.  If you work in grayscale or cmyk, then set those to Off also.

Is there a way to just set PS to NOT color manage. So when I start a new drawing I don't have to click on it and select "Don't Color manage" all of the time?
