Denise, I have never taken an online class like that for Photoshop, but I do pay $25 per month for a membership to lynda.com.  I can honestly say that it is the best $25 I have paid!!!  You can submit course feedback and most of the instructors have their own websites with contact information.  I have emailed instructors with questions concerning the courses and have received prompt and professional responses.
