I would have to 2nd lynda.com it it very nice to look at how someone is doing it.  Also Kelbytraining.com has the same thing and includes the files they are working on.  Kelby also has some photography video's.  If you sign up for a full year it is even cheaper.

If you are wiling to pay $25 per month, lynda.com has TONS of instructional videos on almost every creative program I can think of. I have spent the last two weeks glued to my iPhone watching the tutorials on Final Cut Pro for video editing, and I have browsed some of the Photoshop tutorials. I know most people want to surf the net and get free advice from user groups like this one, and there is no problem in doing that. But, I spent hundreds of dollars and two semesters at community college and didn't learn a fraction of what I learned on lynda.com.
