Re: [photoshop-beginners] New computer, old photoshop and plug-ins

Also you can get a 30 day trial of various adobe products.

Why buy plug-in until you get a photoshop that works with SL.  I understand that. CS2 may work on SL if you install Rosetta.  You may have to buy the latest version of PS because it may be difficult to get a functional copy of an earlier version.

Hi group,

I recently got a Mac Mini running OS 10.6.4- Snow Leopard. I have Photoshop CS2, along with some Plugins such as Flaming Pear, Alien Skin Eye Candy, and others some of which don't work due to the Classic environment not being supported anymore. What do you think my first fix should be, newer Photoshop, or new plugins? Which Photoshop works ok with Snow Leopard?

Jeff
