Deb, go to Dafonts.com and download fonts straight to your computer. Photoshop
uses fonts from your computers library. Movie tutorials are always good. Look
for deke mcclelland he is probably the best out there. hope that helps a little.

Hello,

My name is Deb, and I just joined your group. I am a beginner with
photoshop. I was in a psp group several years ago, thinking I was going to
learn

how to do psp, and because the nights of the tutorial sessions for
learning how to use psp kept being postponed, I tried doing psp on my own, and
when I couldn't, I'd get frustrated and quit. I'd "do things" here and there
for a couple of years, so I'm used to doing psp. Photoshop is different
from psp, and I can't get used to it. BUT, I'm not very good at it, either.
I have movies for photoshop that i've watched, and I was able to do
whatever the movie was about for every movie but one. But, I want to learn
more

that these movies don't have....doing motion in tags, making tags sparkle,
how to download fonts for photoshop so that I can open them and have usable
fonts, downloading plug-ins for photoshop and have them work. I finally
figured out how to open and use fonts in psp that I downloaded, but
unfortunately, those fonts won't work i photoshop.....or if they should work in
photoshop, I can't figure out how to do it. Anyway, I work nights, so if you
hold any kind of tutorial sessions, or if you hold any kind o sessions at
all in the evenings, I cannot attend those meetings because of my work
schedule. I can only attend sessions on weekends.

please get back with me and let me know how your group operates. I truly
am interested in learnin how to do photoshop.
