[photoshop-beginners] Re: Backspace/Alt-Backspace usage - question

Thanks for the reply.

my problem is not in making inverse selection (i am able to do it by keyboard shortcuts as wellas fro menu). after the selection is made, when i hit BACKSPACE, the layer gets deleted (expected result is to change layer color).........
