[photoshop-beginners] reducing noise with Photoshop 7

Today was the last game for my daughters soccer team. As with every other game, I was taking photos. At Tuesdays game, it started getting dark and I boosted my ISO so that I could get a few shots in the waning light. Today, I set everything else to take photos, but forgot to re-set my ISO. All of my photos today are a bit grainy.

Is there an option in Photoshop 7 where I could remove some of this noise?

Thank you,

Jed
